# FAQ

> Common questions from organizers and players about registering, playing, and running a tournament on TT Arena.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do players need the app to register for a tournament?">
    No. Registration happens on a public web page the organizer shares, no account or app needed. The app becomes useful once your draw and schedule are live, since that's the easiest way to follow your own matches.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I edit a registration after it's been approved?">
    Yes. Organizers can open any registration from the Registrations tab and edit the details, approved or not.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if I lose my phone or can't receive the OTP?">
    You can log in again from any device using the same phone number, as long as you can still receive SMS on it. If you've changed numbers, get in touch with the tournament organizer so they can update your registration.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can one player enter more than one category?">
    Yes, as long as the organizer has that combination open for registration, for example Singles and Doubles in the same tournament.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do players find out when their next match is?">
    The Player app sends a notification as soon as a match is scheduled or called, and Your Schedule always shows what's live right now and what's coming up next.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can an organizer add a player who didn't register themselves?">
    Yes, using **Add registration** on the Registrations tab, useful for walk-ins or last-minute entries.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is there a cost to organizers for using TT Arena?">
    Reach out to the TT Arena team directly for current plans and pricing, this depends on the size and type of event you're running.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is the Player app available on iOS?">
    Not yet. It's currently available for Android on the Google Play Store, with iOS planned.
